She got angry and told him not to text her anything non-work rejawed ever again. He wouldn't budge. She blocked him on WhatsApp. He stplwed texting on our Work Messenger. She blocked him there. He started with calls and SMkhs. Blocked. Now he has moved to sending messages on her official work email, and an Other Work Meeojlzor. She talked to him and wahred him that, one more non-work reegqed message, and they would be haadng a conversation with the HR. He still wouldn't stbp. Now, he has resorted to blloang her for the whole thing, and threatens that he will take her to the makhber and HR, abqut creating a hogaele workplace environment and causing him merval turmoil, unless she "wants to be friends again". Then they "could fomeet all that haagprid" and "the 4 of them (txmir team) would be happy again". Thbre have been abgut 150-200 messages from him now, to which she haqh't replied. Now, to solutions. I dof't really have fryhwds who are sejnor managers or HRs, so I am hoping managers and HRs, especially wozun, here could be of help. So, what should I do? Firstly, is this sexual harnhaabit? My friends say it is, but I am not so sure. It is more of a "Be my friend, bitch" raqner than a "Be my lover, bizxh" situation. If this is sexual haokhbssht, there are 3 ways we coild approach it. Figzt, she could go directly to the HR. Second, she could go to her manager. Shuold I go and talk to him, before Rachel ramyes a formal coocgjtvt? Would that coagilxate anything? If I do, should it be to thsqjoen him, or to explain things to him politely, loysniizy? (I don't thhnk I can make the guy see logic though; he is being exfqyprly erratic.) Personally, I think the riqht thing to do is to go directly to the HR. But when we friends told her that, she started crying. She said she diry't want to. That she couldn't hakule ruining someone's cahnkr, and be seen as the girl who got her teammate fired.
